Check-in time for at the Suites is 15:00
Early check-ins can be requested, although these cannot be guaranteed.
The reception is manned betweeen 9am and 7pm so if you are arriving early you can leave your luggage at reception till check-in time free of charge. If you plan to arrive after 19:00 please contact us to arrage a late check-in. There is no additional charge for this,
Check-out time is strictly 11:00.
Late check-outs can be arranged for £10 per hour up until 13:00. This must be pre-booked at least one day before you check-out.
Guests not vacating a property at the designated time, without prior arrangement, may be charged for a further nights’ accommodation.
Apartment key cards must be left in the room if leaving the suites before 9am otherwise they can be returned to reception on check-out.
All building areas are strictly non-smoking. Anyone found to have breached this will be charged all associated costs incurred with sourcing alternative accommodation for future guests, not exceeding £1000.
Only persons notified to us prior to arrival may occupy the suite. No pets or animals are allowed in any of our properties unless previously agreed.
It is expected that the suites are left in a clean and tidy order. Guests are responsible for any damage to the suite and its contents during their stay which has occurred due to negligence or omission. Any damage must be reported to us without delay. We reserve the right to charge the guest credit/debit card used to secure the booking for any damage caused.
Non emergency requests will be attended to within 24 hours. After hours callouts due to guest negligence (for example the misplacing of key cards resulting in guests being locked out) will result in a £75.00 call out fee being charged. Palmerston Suites also reserve the right to charge guests who cause disturbance to other guests and residents.
THEFT OR MISSING CONTENTS
Further to checkout if any items are found to have been stolen/ missing from the suite a replacement charge will be levied on a new for old basis.
Palmerston Suites reserves the right to request pre-authorisation of guest credit or debit card on arrival as security against any damage, disturbance and incidentals.
Guests should be aware that Palmerston Suites does not take responsibility for guests' possessions whilst they are staying in our apartments or suites. This applies to items left in your suites, apartments, vehicles and items left in our reception. Any lost property not claimed for 30 days will be donated to a local charity shop. Any property left behind can be shipped back at the owner's expense.
THIRD PARTY RESERVATIONS
If the Client has made their reservation through a third party (e.g.: Booking Agent), the client remains wholly responsible to the third party for any cancellations, amendments, complaints or any kind of refunds. Clients who make a reservation direct with us can cancel free of charge up to 3 days prior to check-in date. Palmerston Suites has the right to cancel any booking due to mistakes, pricing error or being overbooked. Under these circumstances we will always look to give as much notice as possible but at least 3 days prior to check-in date. If any deposit has been paid we will refund the full amount at our earliest convenience. Any sort of refund is up to Palmerston Suites.
Palmerston Suites has made every possible effort to ensure the standard of the accommodation corresponds to guests' expectations. In the event of a complaint, guests may contact Palmerston Suites and every effort will be made to find and amicable and satisfactory resolution. Any complaint must be made during the stay, so that any issue can be rectified as soon as possible.
These Terms and Conditions are applicable to all contracts of any kind made between Palmerston Suites and its guests. They apply to all reservations, bookings, agreements for accommodation and use of facilities within the Suites.
